March 17, 2025 Local Review Board of Equalization Meeting

OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS LOCAL REVIEW BOARD OF EQUALIZATION CITY OF HERREID, SOUTH DAKOTA MARCH 17, 2025 6:30 p.m. The Herreid City Council met as the Local Review Board of Equalization and was called to order by Mayor Gary Weismantel on the above date at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. The following members were present: Adrienne Dupper, Brady Vander Vorst, Canaan Winthrop, Bob Rossow, and Troy Fuehrer, with member Kim Rossow being absent. Also present were Keith Hall, Finance Officer; and Kaytlin Beck representing the Herreid School Board. Moved by Dupper, seconded by Winthrop to approve the agenda. All members present voted aye; motion carried. The board reviewed the 2025 Real Property Assessment List. No appeals were filed. Motion made to accept the entire assessment role as presented made by Vander Vorst, seconded by B. Rossow, all members present voted aye, motion carried. Moved by Dupper, seconded by Fuehrer to adjourn as the Local Review Board of Equalization adjourned at 6:37pm.
