OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS CITY OF HERREID, SOUTH DAKOTA SPECIAL MEETING March 17, 2025 6:45pm Herreid City Hall 102 Main St N. Herreid, SD 57632 The Herreid City Council was called to order by council Mayor Gary Weismantel on the above date at 6:38pm at the Herreid City Hall. The following members were present: Adrienne Dupper, Bob. Rossow, Brady Vander Vorst, Canaan Winthrop, and Troy Fuehrer with council member Kim Rossow being absent. Also present was Keith Hall, Finance Officer. Moved by B. Rossow, seconded by Fuehrer to approve the agenda. All members present voted aye, motion carried. Public Comments: None New Business: Building Permits– Moved by Dupper, seconded by Vander Vorst, to approve the following building permits: Todd Pudwill to construct a 32’x48’ steel storage building at an estimated $50,000. All members present voted aye; motion carried.
