California Statewide Communities Development Authority TEFRA Hearing for Santa Fe Apartments Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council Adopt Resolution No. 2014-40 approving the issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Bonds) by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (Authority) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $6,000,000 to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Santa Fe Apartments and approving the issuance of refunding bonds.
