Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report

Fire District, and Water District.

It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2015-015, the
Commission of the Hesperia Housing Authority adopt Resolution HHA
2015-002, the Commission of the Community Development Commission adopt
Resolution CDC 2015-03, and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water
District adopt Resolution HWD 2015-05, approving the amendment to Exhibit A
of Non-Represented Employees’ Salaries, Benefits, and Related Policies
January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015 in accordance with changes to
the California law.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2015-016, the
Commission of the Hesperia Housing Authority adopt Resolution HHA
2015-003, the Commission of the Community Development Commission adopt
Resolution CDC 2015-04, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District
adopt Resolution HWD 2015-06, and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia
Fire Protection District adopt Resolution HFPD 2015-08, approving the
amendment to the City of Hesperia Personnel Rules and Regulations

Services
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve an amendment to the contract
with William J. Connelly, DVM (PSA 2011-12-040) and authorize the City
Manager to execute the amended contract with William J. Connelly, DVM for
veterinarian services .

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2015-021
approving Parcel Map No. 19462 to create two parcels from eight existing lots
located on the north side of Mojave Street between Appaloosa Avenue and
Tamarisk Avenue (Applicant: Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority-
Logan Olds).

9. Water Service Installation Fee
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council Members; Chair and Board
Members, Hesperia Water District; Chair and Board Members, Hesperia Fire
Protection District; Chair and Board Members, Hesperia Housing Authority;
Chair and Board Members, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community
Redevelopment Agency; and Chair and Commissioners, Hesperia Community
Development Commission adopt Joint Resolution No. 2015-004, Resolution
No. HWD-2015-01, Resolution No. HFPD-2015-01, Resolution No. HHA
2015-01, Resolution No. HCDC 2015-01 and approve the revised fee for new
residential water service installations (1” or smaller) in the amount of $1,240.

10. Badger Meter Advanced Metering System
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Chair and Board Members of the Hesperia Water
District authorize the City Manager to execute contracts for a new automated
meter reading infrastructure and related analytical software with Badger Meter
Inc. and National Meter and Automation, Inc. (a subsidiary of Badger Meter).

11. Emergency Water Conservation Regulations
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia

2015-04 respectively, enacting certain emergency water conservation
