Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll
report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community
Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community
Development Commission, Fire District, and Water District.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve the contract extension of
federal legislative advocates, Smith, Dawson and Andrews through calendar
year 2017.

4. Adopt Resolution No. 2015-067 Amending the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget
and Affirm Approved Contract Change Order No. 002 for Animal Control

Facility - Site Improvements (C.O. No. 6524)
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2015-067
amending the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget by appropriating additional funding
in the amount of $50,576 to the Animal Control Facility - Site Improvements
Project (C.O. No. 6524) for a total project cost of $474,088; and that the City
Council affirm approved Change Order No. 002 in the amount of $50,576 to
the $347,116 contract with Cooley Construction, Inc. and authorize a new total
contract amount of $397,692.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2015-070
approving the Measure I Local Street Program Policy Maintenance of Effort
Base Year Level.

6. Approve the Purchase of Equipment from Rhythm Engineering and a Contract
with Urban Systems Associates, Inc. for the Main Street Traffic Signal
Synchronization Project (CO #7133)
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council 1) approve the purchase of equipment
from Rhythm Engineering at a cost of $243,800, and 2) award a contract to
Urban Systems Associates, Inc. for the Main Street Traffic Signal
Synchronization Project in the amount of $278,140; with a 10% contingency in
the amount of $27,814 for a total authorized contract amount of $305,954; and
authorize the City Manager to execute the contract.

7. Trailer Mounted Crack Patcher Purchase
Recommended Action:

It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute
a Purchase Order authorizing Crafco Inc., of Fontana California to provide a
new trailer mounted crack patcher in the not-to-exceed amount of $71,868.

8. Support for Transportation Infrastructure Funding
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution No. 2015-074,
supporting transportation infrastructure funding that focuses on existing
resources.
