Regional Commercial Specific Plan Amendment at the Ranchero Interchange Recommended Action: The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council introduce and place on first reading Ordinance Nos. 2016-03 and 2016-04 to amend the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan from the Auto Sales Commercial (ASC), and Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zone districts to the Regional Commercial (RC) zone district.
