4. Contract Amount Amendment for Fiscal Year 2015-16 MuniTemps
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to approve
an amendment to the MuniTemps agreement in an amount not to exceed
$5,300 from its initial contract award of $50,000, for a total one (1) year
contract amount of $98,400.

5. 2016 Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG)
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council adopt Resolution 2016-022, accepting the
appropriation of $27,093 from the US Department of Justice for the purpose of
partially funding operational overtime, training, and equipment.

7. Regional Commercial Specific Plan Amendment at the Ranchero Interchange
Recommended Action:
The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council introduce and
place on first reading Ordinance Nos. 2016-03 and 2016-04 to amend the Main
Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan from the Auto Sales Commercial
(ASC), and Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zone districts to the Regional
Commercial (RC) zone district.
