Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council and respective Boards adopt Joint

2016-21, Resolution No. HHA 2016-14, and Resolution No. HCDC 2016-10
amending Joint Resolution No. 2016-48, Resolution No. HWD 2016-18,
Resolution No. HFPD 2016-18, Resolution No. HHA 2016-12, and Resolution
No. HCDC 2016-09, amending the City-wide fee schedule.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2016-064
approving Final Tract Map No. 19958 to create 60 business condominium units
on 10 acres within the commercial/industrial business park (CIBP) Zone of the
Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the Southwest
Corner of E Avenue and Smoke Tree Street. (Applicant: Sharad Mehta)

6. Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Grant Application to the California Department of
Parks and Recreation
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve and adopt Resolution No .
2016-65 authorizing the submission of a California Off-Highway Motor Vehicle
(OHV) Grant Application to the California Department of Parks and Recreation
for a total of $38,636 and authorize the City Manager and the San Bernardino
County Sheriff’s Department to execute the Application and any amendments
thereto on behalf of the City.

7. Consideration of Agreement with Western Audio Visual for the Council
Chambers Equipment Replacement
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a
three-year agreement with Western Audio Equipment in an amount not to
exceed $151,478.52 to execute the replacement and installation of the
audio/visual systems in the City Council Chambers.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council receive and review the attached 2016
City Council Procedures Manual and forward suggested recommendations for

for inclusion in the January 17, 2017 City Council Agenda Packet.

Recommended Action:
