2. Warrant Run Report (City - Successor Agency - Housing Authority -

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll
report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community
Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community
Development Commission, Fire District, and Water District.

3. Continuance of Annual Adoption of the City Council Procedures Manual
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council postpone the annual adoption of the
City Council Procedures Manual pending review of the City Council's Advisory
Committee Programs at a future meeting which may result in the revision of
Chapter’s five and ten of the Procedures Manual pertaining to the City Council
Advisory Committee Programs.

4. Consideration of Revision to Freeway Sign Regulations
Recommended Action:
The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council approve and
place on first reading Ordinance No. 2017-01, revising the City's freeway sign
regulations.

5. Consideration of Donation Bin Regulations
Recommended Action:
The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council approve and
place on first reading Ordinance No. 2017-02, adopting regulations concerning
donation bins.

NEW BUSINESS
6. Adoption of Parcel Map 19781
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2017-001
approving Parcel Map No. 19781 to create three parcels from four existing
parcels and reconfigure a proposed public street (Fashion Way) on
approximately 13 gross acres within the Regional Commercial (RC) Zone of
the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the southeast
corner of Ranchero Road and Mariposa Road (APNs: 0357-561-73 thru 76).

7. Consideration of Ad Hoc Committee- Water Rate Study
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council provide direction on the establishment
of an Ad Hoc Committee regarding preparation of the City’s Water Rate Study,
and if established, appoint two Council Members to participate on the
Committee.
