Recommended Action:
Place on second reading and adopt by title waiving the text of Ordinance No .
2017-02, adopting regulations concerning donation bins.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the City Council
Advisory Program summary of information included in this report and provide
direction to staff regarding the composition and scope of review for the City
Council Advisory Committee (CCAC) and Public Safety Advisory Committee
(PSAC) Programs.

8. Adoption of Parcel Map 19781
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2017-001
approving Parcel Map No. 19781 to create three parcels from four existing
parcels and reconfigure a proposed public street (Fashion Way) on
approximately 13 gross acres within the Regional Commercial (RC) Zone of
the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the southeast
corner of Ranchero Road and Mariposa Road (APNs: 0357-561-73 thru 76).
