RFB 2016-17-008 Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Services Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District, authorize the City Manager to execute contracts and purchase orders for the remainder of the current Fiscal Year and the 2017-18 Fiscal Year to the lowest responsive/responsible bidders, Body Damage Image Inc. DBA Risk Free Repairs & Road Service of Hesperia, California for providing maintenance of super duty trucks/vans and on-road heavy duty trucks in the not-to-exceed amount of $120,000 which includes a contingency of 10% (for possible unanticipated maintenance), and Agri-Con Hydraulics, Inc. of Hesperia, California for providing maintenance of off-road heavy equipment in the not-to-exceed amount of $83,825, which includes a contingency of 10% (for possible unanticipated maintenance).
