Annual Report on Status and Implementation of the General Plan Recommended Action: The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council review this annual report, and direct staff to transmit copies to the Governor ’s Office of Planning and Research, and the Department of Housing and Community Development as required by law. RFB 2016-17-008 Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Services Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District, authorize the City Manager to execute contracts and purchase orders for the remainder of the current Fiscal Year and the 2017-18 Fiscal Year to the lowest responsive/responsible bidders, Body Damage Image Inc. DBA Risk Free Repairs & Road Service of Hesperia, California for providing maintenance of super duty trucks/vans and on-road heavy duty trucks in the not-to-exceed amount of $120,000 which includes a contingency of 10% (for possible unanticipated maintenance), and Agri-Con Hydraulics, Inc. of Hesperia, California for providing maintenance of off-road heavy equipment in the not-to-exceed amount of $83,825, which includes a contingency of 10% (for possible unanticipated maintenance). Community Facilities District (CFD) 94-01, Annexation 183 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Fire District Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. HFPD 2017-03 admitting Annexation 183 (Parcel Map 17897) into the Community Facilities District (CFD) 94-01 and direct the Secretary of the Board to file the addition with the County Recorder. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) One-Year Action Plan (2017-2018) Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council conduct a public hearing and upon accepting public testimony: (1) Adopt Resolution No. 2017-012 approving the Program Year (PY) 2017-2018 One-Year Action Plan; and (2) Authorize the City Manager and/or Economic Development Manager or their designee to execute and transmit all necessary documents, including the adopted PY 2017-2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan and any amendments, to assure the City’s timely receipt of CDBG funding.
