Designation of Voting Delegate and Alternates for League of CA Cities Conference Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council designate the City’s current League of California Cities Primary Representative Council Member Bill Holland as the primary voting delegate and the City’s current League of California Cities Alternate Representative Mayor Paul Russ as the alternate delegate to represent the City of Hesperia at the General Business meeting to be held during the League of California Cities annual conference September 13 through September 15, 2017 in Sacramento.
