Minutes of Regular Council Meeting Minutes of Special Council Meeting November 3, 2011 at 5 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Haver. The Pledge of Allegiance was repeated by all present.  Present were: Council members, Mick Pocratsky, Mike Barth, Bruce Hart, Ron Jones, Ron Beverly & Mike Headley; Solicitor, Troy Essex and Clerk/Treasurer, Diane Collins. Administrator, Kent Miller was absent. Pocratsky moved to go into executive to discuss the purchase of property. Headley seconded. All voted yes. (5:00 p.m. – 5:20) Beverly moved to return to regular session. Headley seconded. All voted yes. Beverly moved that “we” go to the school’s Smith Street property auction with the intent to purchase all five lots. Headley, Jones, Hart & Pocratsky voted no. Barth & Beverly voted yes. Beverly made a motion to adjourn. Hart seconded. All voted yes.
