City Council

Minutes of Regular Council Meeting Special Council February 10, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Haver. The Pledge of Allegiance was repeated by all present. Present were: Council members Mark Haver, Mike Barth, Ron Jones, Ron Beverly, Mike Headley and Mick Pocratsky; Solicitor, Troy Essex; and Administrator, Kent Miller.  Clerk/Treasurer, Diane Collins was absent. Others present were Jeff Loehrke of the Ohio Dept. of Transportation, Jerry Hayes and Paige VanDersluijs of the Defiance County CIC. Beverly moved to go into executive session for possible land purchase and economic development. Jones seconded. All voted yes. Council returned to regular session.   Beverly moved to return to regular session. Headley seconded. All voted yes. Beverly moved to adjourn at 6:25 p.m..  Pocratsky seconded.
