Minutes of Regular Council Meeting Special Council April 23, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Michael Headley. The Pledge of Allegiance was repeated by all present. Present were: Council members Mark Haver, Mike Barth, Ron Jones, Ron Beverly, Bruce Hart and Mick Pocratsky; Solicitor, Troy Essex; and Administrator, Kent Miller and Clerk/Treasurer, Diane Collins was absent.. The meeting was called to pass Resolution 2015-04 which authorizes Mayor Headley to enter into a grant agreement with the Ohio Development Services Agency for a roadwork development grant associated with the completion of the extension of Industrial Drive. Resolution 2015-04 was read by caption only for the second reading.  Beverly moved to suspend the rules.  Jones seconded. All voted yes. Resoltuion 2015-04 was read by caption only for the third reading. Jones moved to approve. Barth seconded. All voted yes. Haver moved to adjourn at 4:37 p.m..
