City Council

Minutes of Regular Council Meeting Special Council July 23, 2015 at 5 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Michael Headley. Present were: Council members Mark Haver, Mike Barth, Ron Jones, Bruce Hart and Mick Pocratsky; Solicitor, Troy Essex; and Clerk/Treasurer, Diane Collins. Councilmember Ron Beverly was absent. The meeting was called to pass Resolution 2015-15 which authorizes the Clerk/Treasurer to execute a Promissory Note to the Small Government Capital Improvements Program. Resolution 2015-15 was read by caption only for the first reading. Jones moved to suspend the rules. Barth seconded. All voted yes. Resoltuion 2015-15 was read by caption only for second and third readings. Barth moved to approve. Haver seconded. All voted yes. Haver moved to adjourn.  Hart seconded.
