Notice is given pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, that in order to appeal any decision made at these public hearings, you will need a verbatim record of the proceedings. It will be your responsibility to ensure that a verbatim record is made. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Led by Police Chief Antoine Sheppard. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Special Magistrate Laura Gapske approved the agenda. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None NEW BUSINESS Magistrate Gapske swears in all who will be testifying. 1. DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND ACT ON THE SCHOOL ZONE SAFETY PROGRAM NOTICE OF VIOLATION NUMBER: 2030100063076234. Attorney Ballou reads the Notice of Violation No. and informs the Magistrate this violation has been paid. SCHOOL ZONE SAFETY PROGRAM FEBRUARY 17, 2026 PAGE 2 of 2 2. DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND ACT ON THE SCHOOL ZONE SAFETY PROGRAM NOTICE OF VIOLATION NUMBER: 2030100063303211. Attorney Ballou presents the violation documents. Requests that the violation package be entered into the record at this time. Magistrate Gapske agrees to move the documents into record. Officer James Davis presents the case to the Magistrate. Magistrate Gapske acknowledges that school was not in session at the time and this is a regular speeding ticket. Imposing the $100 fine plus the $250 administrative fee in the total amount of $350 to be paid in 30 days. 3. DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND ACT ON THE SCHOOL ZONE SAFETY PROGRAM NOTICE OF VIOLATION NUMBER: 2030100077279667. Attorney Ballou presents the violation documents. Requests that the violation package be entered into the record at this time. Magistrate Gapske agrees to move the documents into record. Officer Davis presents the case.
