Motion to approve minutes from October 12, 2023, P&Z Meeting was made by Linda Enderlin,
seconded by Debbie Dahlstrom.

6. Discussion with Possible Action – December 2023 P&Z meeting.
Motion to move the December P&Z meeting to December 7, 2023 at 3:00pm at City Hall made by
Jackie Garrow, seconded by Linda Enderlin.

7. Review and Discuss: ‘Topics for Planning & Zoning Commission Review’ provided by BOA.
8. Review and Discuss: Recommendations forwarded to Board of Alderman.
Ordinance #’s 20, was all approved by the Board of Alderman at the October 17, 2023, meeting.
9. Review and Discuss: Ordinance #056 Zoning (Commercial Zoning)
a. Review submitted draft format.
10. Review and Discuss: Water System
a. Mandatory Restrictions

11. Review and Discuss: Legislative Updates
