Public Hearing for Revisions to Ordinance # 20 Public hearing for Revisions to Ordinance # 20 opened at 6:02 pm With no public comment the public hearing was closed at 6:03 pm 7. Discussion with Possible Action – Revisions to Ordinance # 20 Motion to send recommendation to approve Ordinance #20 revisions to Board of Aldermen made by Debbie Dahlstrom, seconded by Connie Smith. Vote 4-0 8. Discussion with Possible Action – December 2023 P&Z meeting. There was no action taken on this item. DISCUSSION ITEMS 9. Review and Discuss: ‘Topics for Planning & Zoning Commission Review’ provided by BOA. 10. Review and Discuss: Recommendations forwarded to Board of Alderman.
