MINUTES – PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING

1. Open meeting and Roll Call to Establish Quorum – Lorinda Peters called the meeting to
order at 2:43 PM with a quorum present.

3. Recognize visitors. – There were no visitors.

5. Public Hearing – Variance request to §4.02.010(i) of the Highland Haven Code of Ordinances to allow
a water well to be drilled on Lot 412-B, Section 5, 203 Redbird Street
Discussion with Possible Action – Variance request to §4.02.010(i) of the Highland Haven Code of
Ordinances to allow a water well to be drilled on Lot 412-B, Section 5, 203 Redbird Street
Connie Smith made a motion to approve the variance as requested by Jackie Garrow,
seconded by John Novak.
Vote: 1-2 (Against)

Lorinda Peters: No
Connie Smith: Yes
