Consider Minutes from May 8, 2025, P&Z Meeting. Motion to accept the minutes from the May 8, 2025 meeting was made by Linda Ray, seconded by Connie Smith. Vote 5-0 6. Consider Minutes from June 12, 2025 P&Z Meeting. Motion to accept the minutes from the June 12, 2025 meeting was made by Lorinda Peters, seconded by Linda Ray. Vote 5-0 7. Consider Minutes from June 23, 2025 P&Z Workshop. Motion to accept the minutes from the June 23, 2025 workshop was made by Linda Ray, seconded by Connie Smith. Vote 5-0 8. Consider Recommendation to BOA for Town Hall Meeting schedule (Jackie) Motion to present dates of September 25, 2025, October 23, 2025, November 20, 2025, and January 22, 2026 for Town Hall Meetings was made by Lorinda Peters, seconded by Linda Ray.
