Approval of January Minutes 2. Open Space Map – Discussion with Krista Phair from HHRS 3. Update on Park Construction – Completion at Huddy, Veterans  4. Other business Discussion items 1. Krista will return in the March Meeting 2. January minutes approved 3. Create an inventory of items to dedicate in recognition of individuals for the beautification of parks a) Done at firehouse with bricks b) Could be done for tables/equipment at parks c) Publish it via website d) Cost should include plaque, etc 4. Next potential project – Kayak Launch a) Need for an area which is an existing open space property b) Having parking would be a large asset, especially off street parking c) Potential to consider Matthews St Beach property, leveraging adjacent parking of Seastreak through some form of agreement with the borough i) Doug to pursue possibilities on Title Search options for property (Matthews St Beach) ii) Sam to see what may have existed in terms of an agreement between One Willow and Seastreak as a potential model for agreement
