Approval of January minutes 2. Draft will be created for committee review for R.O.W. tree removal, modeled on Long Branch and reflective of commentary from legal. a) If acceptable, will be forwarded on to legal for final approval b) If approved by legal, will be posted on the website as a Quick Reference for tree removal (not to supersede the full tree removal request form) 3. Confirmed outreach from DPW on planting opportunities, both at skatepark and along Bay Avenue 4. Confirmed successful submission of application for Tree City USA, awaiting disposition on application. This would be year 4 for Highlands if approved. 5. No other new business.
