Motion to (approve/reject/table) Highspire Borough Ordinance #655 of 2024 amending Chapter 15 of the Codified Ordinances of the Borough of Highspire with the addition of stop intersections and setting an effective date. d. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the amended 2024 Municipal Domestic Animal Protective Services Agreement with the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area by changing the per dog intake fees from $158.60 and $345.40 to a flat fee of $250.00. e. Motion to (approve/reject/table) Highspire Borough Council Resolution # 12-2024, appointing Mark L. Stonbraker as the Borough’s voting delegate to the 2024 PSAB 112th Annual Conference, to be held at the Hershey Lodge, June 2 - 5, 2024. f.
