City Council Meeting

SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES Friday, April 30, 2021 The Special Common Council Meeting was called to order by Mayor Greg Kubarski on Friday, April 20, 2021 at 5:02 p.m. All who were present stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Kubarski asked for affirmation of proper public notice to which City Treasurer, Lisa Johnson confirmed the meeting did receive proper public notice. Roll call was taken with Rick Hanke, Garth Hitselberger, Mark Lankey, Pat Moen, Darrow Novy, and Elizabeth Parish present. Randy Seeley arrived at 5:05 p.m. Tom Hotek was absent. Motion by Hanke, second by Hitselberger to move into closed session pursuant to 19.85 (1)(c), Wis Stats.; Compensation and Evaluation. Consideration of employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee subject to the jurisdiction or authority of the governing body. Interview, discussion, and review in regards to the City Administrator applicant. Motion carried. Motion by Lankey, second by Hotek to return to open session at 5:15 p.m. Motion carried. Motion by Hanke, second by Novy approval of employment and contract to City Administrator Applicant Josh A. N. Finch. Motion Carried. Motion by Hanke, second by Lankey to adjourn at 5:16 p.m. Motion carried.
