SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES
Thursday, April 22, 2021
The Special Common Council Meeting was called to order by Mayor Greg Kubarski on
Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 6:06 p.m. All who were present stood and recited the Pledge of
Allegiance. Mayor Kubarski asked for affirmation of proper public notice to which City
Treasurer, Lisa Johnson confirmed the meeting did receive proper public notice.
Roll call was taken with Rick Hanke, Garth Hitselberger, Tom Hotek, Mark Lankey, Pat
Moen, Darrow Novy, Elizabeth Parish, and Randy Seeley present.
Motion by Lankey, second by Hanke to move into closed session pursuant to 19.85 (1)(c),
Wis Stats.; Compensation and Evaluation. Consideration of employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee subject to the
jurisdiction or authority of the governing body. Interview, discussion, and review in
regards to the City Administrator applicant. Motion carried.
Motion by Lankey, second by Hotek to return to open session at 7:22 p.m. Motion carried.
Motion by Hitselberger, second by Hanke to adjourn at 7:23 p.m. Motion carried.
