Village Board Meeting Minutes August 6, 2020 Present: Mayor Lee, Trustees Zabelny, Fowler, Fay, Speer Village Manager/Clerk Shari Pearce Mayor called an emergency executive session meeting with the pledge of allegiance to the flag and a moment of silence. Resolution made by Trustee Fowler to enter executive session to discuss an employee discipline matter at 2:30 p.m. Trustee Speer seconded the motion, carried 5-0. Resolution made by Trustee Fowler to exit out of executive session at 3:58 p.m. Trustee Fay seconded the motion, carried 5-0. Adjournment Trustee Speer made the motion to adjourn at 4:00 p.m. seconded by Trustee Fowler. Carried unanimously, 5-0. Respectfully Submitted, Shari Pearce, Village Manager/Clerk
