ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES and PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance #2019-24 - ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A “CAP BANK” (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14) BUDGET-FINAL ADOPTION Resolution #19-53 - Budget Adoption Mayor Randall will inform the public that this portion of the meeting is for the purpose of a public hearing and the adoption of the 2019 Municipal, Water and Solid Waste Budget. Mayor Randall will open the Public Hearing and ask the Finance Chairman and/or Borough Auditor to summarize the major points of the budget. A.
