The Special City Commission Meeting of the City of Hollywood, Florida, was called to order by Mayor Levy on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 10:11 AM in the City Commission Room, Room 219, Joseph W. Watson Circle, Hollywood, Florida. 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call Present: Board Member Caryl Shuham, Commissioner Peter Hernandez, Vice Chairperson Traci Callari, Commissioner Richard Blattner, Commissioner Kevin D. Biederman, Commissioner Linda Sherwood and Mayor Josh Levy Note: Commissioner Hernandez arrived at the meeting at 10:21 AM. 3. P-2019-10 Presentation On Affordable Housing Initiatives To Be Implemented In Conjunction With The Interlocal Agreement For Affordable Housing, Work Skills Development and Infrastructure. Mayor Levy provided an introduction on the purpose of the meeting. Clay Milan, Community Development Manager, provided a detailed presentation on the housing initiatives to be implemented in conjunction with the interlocal agreement for affordable housing. Commissioner Hernandez arrived at the meeting at 10:21 AM. Discussion ensued among staff and members of the Commission. Dr. Wazir Ishmael, City Manager, provided additional information. Mayor Levy passed the gavel to Vice Mayor Callari and left the meeting at 11:19 AM and returned at 11:20 AM. Discussion ensued among staff and members of the Commission.
