TOWN OF HOLLYWOOD PARK ZONING COIV]MISSION IVIEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HOLLYWOOD PARK, TEXAS, WILL CONVENE FOR A MEETING ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2020 AT 6:00 P.M. AT HOLLYWOOD PARK TOWN HALL, 2 MECCA DR., HOLLYWOOD PARK, TEXAS. THE TOWN OF HOLLYWOOD PARK ZONING COMMISSION SHALL HOLD AN IN-PERSON MEETING ON THE ABOVE LISTED DATE AND TIME. THE TOWN WILL USE APPROPRIATE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES, WHICH WILL REDUCE THE CAPACITY LEVEL ALLOWED WITHIN CITY HALL DURING THE MEETING. A proposed ordinance amending Sections 78-135, 78-159, and 78-230 to Chapter 78 - Zoning in order to promote the use of building materials that are fire-resistant or that are less prone to exacerbating the spread of fires. Consider and discuss recommendations regarding a proposed ordinance amending the definition of "Accessory Building or Use" in Section 78-1 of Chapter 78 -Zoning in order to allow for plumbing and bathroom facilities and prohibit rental use of accessory buildings, and removing the terms "servant" and "servan{'s quarters" from all definitions in Section 78-1. Take possible action to set a public hearing. 3. Consider and discuss recommendations regarding a proposed ordinance amending Sections 78-135, 78-159, and 78-230 of Chapter 78 -Zoning in order to promote the use of building materials that are fire-resistant or that are less prone to exacerbating the spread of fires.
