Note: This is a special meeting of the Planning Commission which ordinarily meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm. Village of Holmen Planning Commission Meeting Announcement & Agenda Board Room, Holmen Village Hall 421 S. Main St. October 13, 2011 6:00 p.m. Statutory Members: Village President – Nancy Proctor (chair) Village Board member – Dan Moser Administrator - vacant Director of Public Works – Ben Spanel Appointed Members: Tony Szak, Kevin Evenson, Bill Ebner (3-year terms appointed by the Village President & approved by the Village Board) This meeting is held in compliance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law, State Statutes, Chapter 19, Subchapter V and as such is open to the public. This meeting may constitute a quorum of the Village Board, or other village committees. Only the commission members will vote on the following agenda items: 1. Call to order 2. Approval of September 27, 2011 minutes. 3. Public comment* 4. Public Hearing to consider amendments to the Village of Holmen Comprehensive Plan (adopted December 2004), related to the Future Land Use Map. a. ACTION: Discussion and possible recommendation to the Vg. Board to approve amendments to the Future Land Use Map of the Village of Holmen Comprehensive Plan. 5. Public Hearing on conditional use request to allow for a nursing home (memory care facility) on the southern-most 5 acres of the portion of parcel 14-2686-00 lying east of Bluffview Court in the Seven Bridges TIF District. a. ACTION: Discussion and possible recommendation to the Vg. Board to approve conditional use request for a nursing home (memory care facility) on the southern-most 5 acres of the portion of parcel 14-2686-00 lying east of Bluffview Court in the Seven Bridges TIF District. 6. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Vg. Board to approve a Certified Survey Map for the portion of parcel 14-2686-00 lying east of Bluffview Court. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Vg. Board to approve the Site Plans for the proposed Bluffview Memory Care facility on Lot 2 of the proposed CSM under item 6. 8. Other items that may come before the commission 9.
