Village of Holmen Planning Commission Meeting Announcement & Agenda Board Room, Holmen Village Hall 421 S. Main St. October 25, 2011 7:00 p.m. Statutory Members: Village President – Nancy Proctor (chair) Village Board member – Dan Moser Administrator - vacant Director of Public Works – Ben Spanel Appointed Members: Tony Szak, Kevin Evenson, Bill Ebner (3-year terms appointed by the Village President & approved by the Village Board) This meeting is held in compliance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law, State Statutes, Chapter 19, Subchapter V and as such is open to the public. This meeting may constitute a quorum of the Village Board, or other village committees. Only the commission members will vote on the following agenda items: 1. Call to order 2. Approval of October 13th, 2011 minutes. 3. Public comment* 4. Discussion Leroy Holley’s sidewalk 5. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Vg. Board to approve a Certified Survey Map for parcel 14-1748-0, 742 Amy Drive. 6. Discussion Article XII Signs, Awnings, Canopies, and Billboards 7. Other items that may come before the commission 8.
