CITY OF HORICON COMMITTEE OF WHOLE MARCH 4, 2014 The Committee of Whole of the City of Horicon met in regular session on March 4, 2014. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Neitzel at 6:00 p.m. Alderpersons present: Hady, Pahl, Miller, Plautz, and Wieneke. Alderpersons absent: Marschke. Mayor Neitzel led the Pledge of Allegiance. The Committee of Whole reviewed the current 5-Year Financial Plan. The review process consisted of: identify projects/equipment on the list not completed/purchased, identify items on the list that no longer are a necessity, add additional items needed through 2018, clarification of estimated costs, and adjustment of items to different years.
