City of Horicon Personnel and Finance Committee Minutes May 15, 2019 The Personnel and Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Hady, Miller, and Frami. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve the minutes for April 15, 2019. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve the Wage Advancement of Joe Wiemer to maximum wage rate for Heavy Equipment Operator at a wage of $22.20 starting June 9, 2019. Voting Aye: Hady and Frami. Voting Nay: Miller. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve hiring of Brady Neuendorf for Part-Time Summer Parks Employee at the wage of $10.00/hr. starting June 10, 2019. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to waive the Street Use Permit Fee for the Girl Scouts. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, to hold Security Deposit Check for Discher Park in the amount of $100.00 from the Girl Scouts. Motion died due to lack of a second. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve R.G. Schmitt Inc Change Order #1 – Horicon Street Extension Project to extend the completion to October 4, 2019. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve the bills for April 2019 in the amount of $3,277,155.44. All voting Aye. Motion carried.
