City of Horicon Personnel and Finance Committee June 17, 2019 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members present: Hady, Miller, and Frami. Members absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the Minutes for May 15, 2019. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Hady, to approve the budget transfer to fund the Public Safety Building Metal Roof Repairs; Increase A/C #100-522011-399, Public Safety Building Outlay – other Supply Expense, by $5,000 and decrease A/C #100-511990-399, Contingency Fund, by $5,000. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve Oak Hill Cemetery Association request for budgeted funds of $7,500. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to a request for Supervisory Device (Smart Phone) for Horicon Fire Chief. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve a budget transfer to fund purchase of a replacement Emergency Siren; increase A/C #100-522531-819, Warning System Outlay – Other Capital Equipment, by $16,428 and decrease A/C #100-511990-399, Contingency Fund, by $16,428. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the Blue Zones Beverage & Vending Machine Standards Policy approval. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve Hiring EMS Personnel – Nick Halsema, Denyell Krutke, Trevor Huppert and Sean Hallfrisch. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the bills for May 2019 in the amount of $2,161,165.61. All Voting Aye. Motion carried.
