City of Horicon Personnel and Finance Committee November 18, 2019 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. Members present: Hady, Miller & Frami. Members absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the Minutes for October 15, 2019. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Frami, second by Hady, to approve the increase A/C #100-555420-241, Swimming Pool – Repair/Maintenance Contractor Expense, by $13,402 and decrease A/C #100-555-420- 281, Swimming Pool – Pool Operation Contract, by $13,402 to fund upgrades at the Aquatic Center. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the Bills for October 2019 in the amount of $2,187.384.45. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Monday, December 16, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. Non-Action Discussion: None. Motion to adjourn by Hady, second by Miller. All voting Aye.
