CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE DECEMBER 16, 2019 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Hady, Miller & Frami. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the November 18, 2019 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady second by Miller, to approve the Disposal of 2011 Dodge Charger in the amount of $5,000 and authorize the purchase of the 2011 Dodge Charger by the Horicon Water & Wastewater Department for $5,000. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller second by Frami, to approve the disposal of the 2004 Chevy Impala from the Horicon Water and Wastewater Departments an employee of the Public Works Department in the amount of $1,000. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the Budget Transfer for the Municipal Court Computer Purchase as follows: Increase A/C #100-511211-399 Municipal Court Other Supply Outlay by $250 and decreases A/C #100-5112210-211, Municipal Court Software by $250, to fund the purchase. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve the bills for November 2019 in the amount of $2,135,985.54. All voting Aye. Motion carried.
