CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE COMMITTEE MARCH 16, 2020 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Hady, Miller & Frami. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Miller, second by Hady, to approve the February 17, 2020 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the East Lake Street (Hwy 33) manhole and pavement project bid from Ptaschinski Construction, Inc in the amount of $56,255.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. No action was taken on GIS Mapping proposal. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the Change Order No.1 – Wastewater Treatment Plant Phosphorus Improvement Project in the amount of $293.93. 2 voting Aye, 1 voting Nay. Motion carried. Discussion on Clinton Street Cell Tower update. Motion by Frami, second by Hady, to approve the disposal of public records from Clerk’s Office per memo dated 03/13/2020. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the bills for February 2020 in the amount of $3,936,205.20. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. Non-Action Discussion: - Concerns on the Corona Virus. Motion to adjourn by Hady, second by Miller.
