CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE FEBRUARY 17, 2020 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Hady, Miller & Frami. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Miller, second by Hady, to approve the January 15, 2020 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve the disposal of records from the Police Department. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the Municipal Advisor Client Disclosure for Water System Revenue bonds, Series 2020A in the amount of $25,800. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Frami, second by Hady, to approve the Emergency Medical Service Agreement with the Village of Kekoskee in the amount of $1,200.00/month. 2 voted Aye, 1 voted Nay. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve discontinuing the practice of assessing and taxing the personal property located at individual sites at the Playful Goose Campground. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the bills for January 2020 in the amount of $4,576,773.47. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Monday, March 16, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. Non-Action Discussion: - Frami would like to see more on City Website.
