The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Hady, Miller & Frami. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the July 15, 2020 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the bills for July 2020 in the amount of $231,903.44. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be September 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. Non-Action Discussion: None. Motion to adjourn by Miller, second by Frami. All voting Aye.
