CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE SEPTEMBER 15, 2020 AMENDED MINUTES – Added 2021 Stray Animal Contract The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Hady, Miller and Frami. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the August 17, 2020 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller second by Frami, to approve the 2021 Stray Animal Contract with the Dodge County Humane Society in the amount of $4,400 for 40 Domestic Stray Animals with additional $175 for each additional animal. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the bills for August 2020 in the amount of $3,647,704.87. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. Non-Action Discussion: - Discussion on Tapco Signs. Motion to adjourn by Miller, second by Frami.
