CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE December 16, 2020 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Hady, Miller & Frami. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the November 16th, 2020 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the 2021 Senior Dining Program Agreement for Dodge County Human Services & Health Department. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the 2020 Ambulance Write-Off’s in the amount of $4,942.01. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the Disposal of Police Department Equipment, which is a 16yr old Radar Trailer. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the Police Department Retirement Contribution regarding Chief Adamson. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Frami, second by Hady, to approve the John Deere sewer credit request. Discussion on John Deere Request for sewer credit. Vote on above motion. All voting Nay. Motion failed. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve Cody Vanderhei as the Water/Wastewater Operator III operator in charge. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Discussion on Water/Wastewater Employee vacancy. The committee had agreed that we need to fill this position as soon as possible; looking at interviewing for Water/Wastewater Operator III vacancy on January 6, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Motion by Frami, second by Hady, to approve the bills for November 2020 in the amount of $3,128,060.58. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Monday, January 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE December 16, 2020 Non-Action Discussion: - Carole Baker, EMS Coordinator, is looking at repurposing $4,000 to purchase MDC from Dodge County. - Jacobson, Clerk-Treasurer, provided an update on tax bills. Motion to adjourn by Hady, second by Miller. All voting Aye. Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m. SH/mk
