CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE FEBRUARY 24, 2021 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 4:45 p.m. Alderpersons Present: Hady, Bandsma and Vanderhei. Alderpersons Absent: None. Motion by Hady, second by Bandsma to Adjourn into Closed Session at 4:50 p.m. for the Purpose of Interviewing and Evaluating Candidates for the Class I-A Heavy Equipment Operator Position per WI Stats. 19.85(1)(c) All voting Aye. Motion carried. The Personnel and Finance Committee adjourned into Closed Session did not reconvene in Open Session. SH/mk
