CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE March 15, 2021 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. Members Present: Hady, Miller, and Frami. Members Absent: None Public Appearances: None Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the February 17, 2021 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the MSA Amendment No.1 CDBG PF2021 application in the amount of $9,500. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve the Well No. 4 VFD Replacement to Altronex Control Systems in the amount of $15,023.53. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami second by Miller, to approve the mechanic advancement of Joseph Weimer to Mechanic in the amount of $24.13/hr. as of March 5, 2021. All voting Aye. Motion carried Motion by Miller, second by Hady, to approve two Part-Time Spring/Fall Parks employees at $13.75/hr. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Hady, to approve three Part-Time Summer Parks employees at $11.00/hr. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve the bills for February 2021 in the amount of $2,015,368.30. All voting Aye. Motion carried.
