CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE APRIL 15, 2021 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Alderperson Miller presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. Members Present: Miller and Frami. Members Absent: Hady. Public Appearances: None Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the March 15, 2021 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the Building Permit/Zoning Administration Fee Schedule as printed. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the GIS Mapping Service for phases 1-2-3 in the amount of $15,860.00 with annual cost thereafter in the amount of $2,480.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the disposal of the 2005 Chevy Suburban from the Police Department. All voting Aye. Motion carried Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the disposal of a Raleigh USA Police Bicycle. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the hire of Mary Claire Nicholson to the EMS, following a drug, physical and background check. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the bills for March 2021 in the amount of $5,094,767.44. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Monday, May 17, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Non-Action Discussion: - Bandsma stated the new ambulance delivery date will be sometime in November. - Kingman stated he will have several items for next month’s meeting.
