CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE JULY 15, 2021 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma, and Miller. Members Absent: Baker, Bulman, Harvancik, Jacobson, Kingman and Tesch. Public Appearances: None Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve the June 15, 2021 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve Oak Hill Cemetery budget transfer in the amount of $7,500. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Miller, to approve culvert replacement between River Bend Park and Playful Goose Campground in the amount of $6,430.00 with funds coming from General Fund. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Frami, to approve the purchase of 4 Body Cameras and 1 Squad camera for the Police Department, which is budgeted in the amount of $10,585.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the purchase of a computer for the Police Department in the amount of $854.85 to be paid with funds saved with cameras and remaining amount from the General Fund. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second, by Miller, to approve Authorization for the Police Department to hire two Part-time officers to fill headcount. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve repairs to 2007 Sterling Acterra in the amount up to $5,000.00 with funds from the General Fund. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the purchase of scale and tank for Well No. 4 in the amount of $1,655.00 with funds from Water Utility Fund. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the bills for June 2021 in the amount of $3,872,609.97. All voting Aye. Motion carried.
