CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE August 17, 2021 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma, and Miller. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve the July 15, 2021 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve 2021 Street Maintenance Projects. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve Grit System Suction Pipe System upgrade from Wastewater Fund. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the bills for July 2021 in the amount of $2,315,242.05. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Non-Action Discussion: None. Motion to adjourn by Bandsma, second by Frami.
