CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE September 15, 2021 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami and Bandsma. Members Absent: Miller. Public Appearances: Resident expressed concern that the community does not support the Raze Order of 612 S. Hubbard Street. Motion by Bandsma, second by Frami, to approve the August 17, 2021 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve South Cedar and Mill Street Reconstruction Project engineering services in the amount of $41,275.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Discussion of donation to the Horicon Athletic Complex with no action taken. Discussion in creating a City of Horicon Facebook page. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the bills for August 2021 in the amount of $7,340,176.08. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Non-Action Discussion: None. Motion to adjourn by Frami, second by Bandsma. All voting Aye.
