CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE October 19, 2021 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma and Miller. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: - Craig Muenchow property owner of 612 S. Hubbard Street. Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve the September 15, 2021, minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the 2022 Dodge County Humane Society Agreement 40-animal option. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve the transfer of budgeted funds for Oak Hill Cemetery in the amount of $7,500. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Miller, to approve the reimbursement of Street Use Permit Fees to Horicon Historical Society. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the 2022 Senior Dining Program Agreement with Dodge County Human Services & Health Department. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the dedication of City Property for Public Parking 236-1116-0631-012. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the memorandum of agreement between the City of Horicon and Horicon School District for the School Resource Officer program. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Bandsma left at 7:28 p.m. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve reallocation of budgeted 2021 Municipal Building Funds for purchase of server and network equipment. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the write-off of WI DOT Mowing Invoice. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the bills for September 2021 in the amount of $6,214,281.66. All voting Aye.
