City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE July 18, 2022 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma and Miller. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Bandsma, second by Miller, to approve the June 15, 2022, minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the disposal of public records from the Clerk’s office. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Miller, to approve Skid Steer Rollout Lease Program for 2023 to 2028. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Discussion for Heavy Equipment Operator to be posted till August 5th, with interviews to start on August 16th. Council agenda will include an item to change the title for the position to better reflect the duties in the job description. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the amendment to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Horicon and Horicon Professional Police Association Local 484, Wisconsin Professional Police Association. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Miller, to approve the wage rate increase for part-time police officers to $21.89/hr. effective August 1, 2022. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the bills for June 2022 in the amount of $2,798,508.08. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Monday, August 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Motion to adjourn by Miller, second by Bandsma. All voting Aye. Meeting adjourned at 5:35.
