City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE November 15, 2022 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma and Miller. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Bandsma, second by Miller, to approve the October 18, 2022, minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Discussion regarding the current Waste Management contract. No discussion regarding EMS staffing, EMS Coordinator was not present. Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve the bills for October 2022 in the amount of $4,623,307.48. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Tuesday, December 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
